They are looking for a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a passion for numbers, a strong grasp of QuickBooks, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage federal and state income tax filings as well as sales tax compliance.
Perform cash analysis and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Conduct regular financial statement reviews, ensuring completeness and compliance.
Oversee insurance reviews, ensuring proper coverage and alignment with company policies.
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Accounting Manager on day-to-day financial operations.
Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting across multiple companies.
Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and operational decisions.

Requirements:

Active CPA license.
Expertise in QuickBooks.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels.
Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple companies' financials simultaneously.
Responsible and reliable with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Dynamic and outgoing personality, contributing to a positive and energetic workplace.
Must be bondable.
