Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director for a detox program in New Hampshire. This director should be able to lead our clinical team and oversee the medical operations of the substance abuse facility. This provider will need to be licensed in the State of New Hampshire and credentialed with New Hampshire Medicaid. This position will require approximately 2-5 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
- Review 20% of charts within the EMR to ensure compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other medical staff to ensure compliance and safety.
- Lead and manage clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of medical management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on critical care procedures and best practices within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed in State of New Hampshire.
- Credentialed with New Hampshire Medicaid.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- In-depth understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
