As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Lab Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As the Lab Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and excellence of our beers. You will oversee all aspects of our quality control and quality assurance processes, collaborating closely with our brewing team to uphold our standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for craft beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing protocols.
Conduct regular laboratory analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Monitor fermentation and aging processes, ensuring adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab results and quality metrics.
Collaborate with the brewing and packaging teams to troubleshoot quality issues and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the lab environment.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory role, preferably in the brewing or beverage industry.
Strong understanding of brewing processes and microbiological principles.
Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical techniques (e.g., PCR, GC, HPLC, spectrophotometry).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for craft beer and a commitment to quality.
